Villa Caldera is located on Calle Luxemburg, on the hill of San Eugenio Playa de Las Americas, Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Composition of the villa: pedestrian entrance onto a large terrace, the parking space is external, but it can be closed entirely by building a garage or a car portico. We proceed to the terrace with a direct entrance into the living room with large windows, an American kitchen, a service bathroom; the villa is air conditioned. A staircase leads to the lower floor, the large room with high windows has been furnished with a queen size bed, TV, a large bathroom with a large shower, wardrobes, and washing machine.  Another room with the swimming pool system.  
From the living room, a staircase leads to the upper and last floor, with two double bedrooms, with built-in wardrobes, large bathrooms with windows, showers, and one has a bathtub. Balcony with a sea view and a private heated pool. The terrace with swimming pool is furnished with garden furniture, sofa, table, and a BBQ grill.
